VeraFrame is raising against a market where the entitlements and the capital already exist and the delivery capacity does not. These are the homes that capacity produces.

The investment thesis
01
Florida needs 425,000 affordable homes. The Live Local Act created 55,000 proposed units — only 6,316 are under construction. Entitlements and capital already exist; delivery capacity does not.
02
A climate-controlled line converts an unpredictable field cost into an industrial unit cost. That is what makes the AMI rent bands underwritable at scale.
03
Land, entitlements, development, manufacturing, builder fee, construction, and stabilized operations all land on one P&L rather than seven counterparties.
04
Cat-5 galvanized steel cores and IMP envelopes qualify for the deepest wind-mitigation discounts — a permanent operating-expense advantage over stick-built peers.
The built product
Cottages, townhome rows, courtyard homes, and four-story multifamily — all produced from the same steel-core module system, finished to market-rate expectations at affordable-band rents.

Use of proceeds
Draws are sequenced against first-project cost outcomes before the larger tranches are committed. Capital earns interest while it waits, and each draw is documented, audited, and tied to a specific operational trigger.
The $5M platform raise funds the holding company, team, and entitlement work. The $38M facility raise — structured to capture available tax advantages — funds the climate-controlled manufacturing plant on the Space Coast.
